Just the three of us, China Day 18

We could take no more and are now on our way to Hong Kong on our glorious lonesome.

I’m not sure if it was the very basic coach for a four hour journey, the stopping for a rest stop at the place with not even hole in the floor loos but rather a poop covered trench, arriving in the rain in Yangshuo or our bags being soaked through from Lord knows what in the coach undercarriage, whatever it was we were all very happily done. Shame really as other than it being a twin room and having a bit of a rough bathroom the rooms here were very nice.

Helena at China Adventure was awesome and whisked into action getting us transfers and trains and we’ll now arrive in Hong Kong tonight. We’ll be able to celebrate J’s Birthday properly rather than travelling all day on it, as was the original schedule and we have now two extra glorious days there, just the three of us.

This does of course also mean that all willing we will have unfettered internet access from this evening so I would like to apologise for the deluge of photos I am likely to be posting over on TinksEyeView on instagram 💕 Xx
